The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport launched a new development program, ATLNext. In 2014, the Department of Aviation completed an airport master plan to support the airport's capacity growth for 2035. This master plan has resulted in a capital improvement plan consisting of a series of projects scheduled over the next 20 years. These projects are designed to enhance the airport's capacity, renew, and replace existing facilities, and improve ATL's aesthetic appeal. Rohadfox is one of the prime joint venture partners, providing comprehensive construction management support services. The primary program components include:
Construction Management Support Services - resident engineering, civil inspection, electrical inspection, safety management, contracts management, cost controls, and change order control.
“Rohadfox, as a joint venture member of ATL Construction Management Partners, was selected to provide CM services for the Airport’s ATL NEXT $6 Billion CIP, that is now estimated to be a $17 Billion Program. Excellent accomplishment!”
