“The Rohadfox team was selected to support the efforts of The Georgia Department of Transportation's Major Mobility Investment Program (MMIP) by providing program management services. Rohadfox’s efforts are focused on improving statewide mobility through roadways, highways, interstates and expressways. The goal of the project is to increase capacity, improve freight movement, provide operational improvements and efficiencies, enhance safety, offer more reliable trip times, and decrease travel times. 

The Rohadfox staff is spearheading the project initiation and development stages of this program, which includes developing flowcharts and work instructions that the PMs and SMEs will utilize for tracking GEC progress and deliverable submissions. The team is providing program framework training for PMs, SMEs through facilitating workshops on using developed resources and various program software. Additionally, Rohadfox is the compliance engineering arm of the MMIP, responsible for overseeing the team of Owner representatives’ application and oversight of strategies, tactics, resources, and tools to verify adherence to key project factors such as scope, quality, and risk.”
