Wastewater Program Management

Rohadfox provides program management support services for the implementation of numerous projects in the $1.4B Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including projects in the Total Nitrogen and Wet Weather program areas, and Bio-solids Management Plan for the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project involves establishing scopes, budgets and schedules in the Authority’s CIP for required projects, negotiating, and managing the preparation of designs for construction bidding by other “Project Design Engineers” and coordinating designer services during construction. Rohadfox provides project controls and management and training of all DC Water Engineering and Management staff, consultants, and contractors in Primavera Contract Manager and cross into LiveLink.
